Very good place. Exceeded our expectations. Great view. Magnificent area. The owner is very friendly, very hospitable. Made a delicious tomorrow and delicious tea. The room is excellent, everything is clean, everything is neat. I recommend it to everyone. You will like everything!

The room was beautiful, new and the two owners were super welcoming and very nice. They welcomed us as guests into their home and pampered us in every way. We booked airport pickup and they came to pick us up. The breakfast was very good, prepared by the landlady.

The welcome, availability and kindness of the owners. They went out of their way to pick us up from the station and then take us to the center of Zangjiangjie for free. The location close to the airport but without the nuisance The cottage is typical and zen. You feel “like at home” with high-end equipment

We spent a night in 张家界东篱山居民宿. I chose the place partly because it was close to the Zhangjiajie airport but mainly because of its view. We arrived late (almost midnight), the host picked us up from the airport (for free), we didn’t see much outside the house in the darkness, but were taken by the artistic decoration of the rooms. Next day, we were lucky to wake to a clear morning and greeted by a stunning view of the Tianmen Mountains (天门山) and Seven Stars Mountains （七星山）. The Tianme Cave (天门洞) is clearly visible from the house. The view is even better than I expected from the Booking.com’s reviews. Besides its hilltop location with excellent views all around and including a golf course right next door, the house also has a manicured garden including a lotus pond, clearly the owner has put in a lot of effort landscaping and maintaining the property. I only wished that we had more time to stay here and just enjoy its view and surroundings.

Not much except the air conditioning in one of the room had low capacity
